Fulfilling Divine Purpose

 

 

Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure,’ calling a bird of prey from the east, the man who executes My counsel, from a far country. Indeed I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it; I will also do it. (Isaiah 46:9-11 NKJV).

 

The most important thing in our life is to know God's will for our life and family, for our ministry and business, and for our nation and generation. Often people go through many years of life wasting time, energy and money, not knowing God's will. Let us take this issue very seriously, and pray until we hear from God. God desires to reveal His will to us. Our life will be fuller, richer and more satisfying when we know, understand and begin fulfilling God's will - divine purpose - in our life and lifestyle!

 

The Scriptures record that God made the World and everything in it. He himself gives life and breath to everything. He satisfies every need. From one man God created all the nations throughout the whole Earth. He decided beforehand when they should rise and fall, and He determined their boundaries. His purpose was for the nations to seek after God and feel their way toward Him and find Him – fulfilling His purpose - though He is not far from any one of us. For in Him we live and move and exist. We are His offspring.

 

God overlooked ignorance about fulfilling His purpose in the past. But today, people are no longer just uninformed but very stubborn and rebellious. Those who teach that there is no God, are not uninformed at all! They know what they are hiding. God commands everyone everywhere to repent of their evil ways and turn to Him. For He has set a day for judging the World with justice by the Man He has appointed. And He proved to everyone who this is by raising Him from the dead. The name of the judge we are expecting is Christ Jesus the Redeemer. Wonder why there is so much opposition to that name? The airwaves and schools, everywhere is filled with messages of opposition to the coming Judge of the World. On whose side are we and our family today, Christ or anti-Christ?

 

Christ's message is very simple. The Kingdom of God is within you. Acknowledge it and you will live forever and have abundant life. Those who seek peace will be called the children of God. You invoke the kingdom, power and glory of God by declaring in faith: "Our Father in Heaven, let Your Kingdom come on Earth by our manifesting it in whatever we think and say and do and feel. And let Your will be done here on Earth as it is in Heaven." The Lord shepherds us in paths of right living for His name's sake, not because we are good. We don’t have to struggle to please Him by our own strength. We need intention, awareness and availability to be used to serve others. We therefore have no reason to boast or feel better than anyone else. God cleans us up when we yield our loyalty to Him for His use in fulfilling His purpose on Earth. His grace is sufficient for us. We receive it by our faith and certitude!

 

But look around at what is going on. We find every opportunity to discriminate and hate other people because of their language or gender, religion or culture, education or nationality, race or wealth, and so on. The basis of the human race is great grandfather Abraham. The Scriptures state that he had Ishmael with Hagar, Isaac with Sarah, and 6 sons with Keturah the third wife, as recorded in Genesis 25. We have tried to explain away and ignore Ismael and Keturah’s sons for various reasons including marital status. When we come to the promised ancestor Isaac with the twin sons Esau and Jacob, we tend to ignore Esau and his descendants and cling on to Jacob. In terms of marital status, Jacob's 12 sons were from wives and non-wives. Therefore our mantra for discrimination, unholy marital status, breaks down. When we dismiss Abraham’s biological children, how easy will it be to accept all his adopted children? God is looking for anyone who will obey Him and fulfill His purposehere on Earth. Are you available for service for the Lord?

 

Of the 12 tribes descending from Jacob’s 12 children, 10 went missing on the vast Earth. Yet they must be traced and brought to worship the Messiah before He returns. Even of the 2 tribes of Jacob's children that can be accounted for, only the children of the descendants of one, Joseph - Ephraim and Manasseh - appear to dominate the World stage. God declares that He will bring to pass what He speaks; and that His plans and purpose will stand forever. The promises of God do not have an expiration date. The Scriptures declare that the promises of God are yes and amen. God places people on Earth for His purpose. You have a unique purpose to impact humanity for the glory of our Creator. You cannot die without fulfilling God’s purpose. Any obstacles in your life have an expiration date. The enemy cannot stop nor reverse your divine purpose! Ask God your Manufacturer for your purpose on Earth, and focus on it the rest of your life!
