Standing On the Word Of GOD

The Rainbow Pen!
God's Will and Your Divine Purpose
God has told us His secret reason for sending Christ..... and this was His purpose:
that when the time is ripe He will gather us all together from wherever we are -
in heaven or on earth - to be with Him in Christ, forever. (Ephesians 1: 9-10 TLB).
It's in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. (Ephesians 1: 11 MSG).
The Scriptures declare that God can make you intelligent and discerning in knowing Him personally, your eyes focused and clear, so that you can see exactly what it is He is calling you to do, grasp the immensity of the glorious way of life He has for Christians - the utter extravagance of His work in those who trust Him. There is endless energy and boundless strength! All this energy issues from Christ. God raised Him from death and set Him on a throne in deep heaven, in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments, no name and no power exempt from His rule. And not just for the time being, but forever. He is in charge of it all, has the final word on everything. At the center of all this, Christ rules the Church. The Church is not the peripheral to the world; the world is peripheral to the Church. The Church is the body of Christ, in which He speaks and acts, by which He fills everything with His presence.
Your uniqueness in your generation is further emphasized by this statement or challenge to your role in the affairs of the world today: "Every age has its own problem, and every soul it's particular aspiration. The remedy the world needs in its present-day afflictions can never be the same as that which a subsequent age may require. Be anxiously concerned with the needs of the age you live in, and center your deliberations on its exigencies and requirements." The Scriptures state that even before the Earth was created, God planned and shaped you for His purposes. And that you were made to last forever and these purposes will extend to eternity, far beyond your few years on Earth. You are therefore not an accident. It is urgent that you discover God's purpose for creating you. And this knowledge will reduce your stress, focus your energy, simplify your decisions, give meaning to your life, prepare you for eternity, and make you more successful and fruitful.
To discover the meaning and purpose of your life, you must begin with God and include other people because your purpose always involves solving people's problems. Understand that you were made by God and for God, and this understanding will bring you fulfillment and satisfaction. Outside this understanding, you may keep going in circles all your life. The good thing is that God, as a businessman who has invested in you, longs for you to discover the life He created you to live here on Earth and forever in eternity. Basically, your divine purpose in life is to love yourself, love God and love other people. You bring God glory on Earth by completing the work He has given you to do. You therefore need to know what divine assignment you have. Sometimes you may need to find what you love to do and use what you are great at doing to become a solution to a problem that God had called you to fix. Sometimes it may be a problem that has challenged you for long.
Sometimes it is where your passion, talents, needs and calling converge that you have been perfectly designed by God to influence people's lives. Find out where these four intersect in your life and you'll find what God wants you to do. The purpose of your life is far greater than your own personal fulfillment, peace of mind, or even happiness. To discover the meaning and purpose of your life, you need a revelation and wisdom - ask God your Creator or search the Holy Bible. You'll receive guidance that leads you right into the plan that God has for your life. To fulfill that plan is nothing less than your ultimate success in life. The more you allow God to lead you into His plan for your life, the more He is able to bless you fully. There are four broad areas that make up your life's purpose: LIVE FOR God and worship Him; LIVE WITH people and experience life together; LIVE BY disciple principles and fortify your faith with Christlike character; and LIVE OUT a profession and render selfless services, provide for your family and tell others about Christ.
Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but be a new and different person with a fresh newness in all you do and think. Then you will learn from your own experience how God's ways will really satisfy you. (Romans 12:2 TLB).
