Releasing Unexpected Resources

 

 

Our Lord and our God, you are like the sun and also like a shield. You treat us with kindness and with honor, never denying any good thing to those who live right. (Psalm 84:11 CEV). Ye even when you do pray, your prayers are not answered, because you pray just for selfish reasons. (James 4:3).

 

 

God created us to exercise dominion on earth! You're supposed to rule over your passions and desires, but instead, you allow them to rule over you. You've something to offer that is unique. You've a calling on your life which will become apparent once you get involved in a local Church. The local Church is like a battery charger! Just think and imagine what could happen in the world if you'd get on fire for God and begin to release your gifts and talents in the Body of Christ! You'd see the World reached with the Gospel of Christ Jesus. The local Church is called to touch the Believer then the family then the community then the city then the State then the nation and then the world for God. Those without a local Church are considered spiritual orphans. Just because your parents have weaknesses and some imperfections doesn’t make you disown them to take up the title of orphan. There is the orphan spirit to watch out for! You've a talent that your Pastor and the local Church need to help reach your county and city, state and the nation. Opportunities for you to get involved with the Church’s vision are unlimited. Join a department or ministry that requires you to release your talents and skills and gifts. You should seek the Lord Christ Jesus to discover where you fit into the vision of His bride. That will help your Pastor and Church leaders break through, not burn out!

 

In your striving after Christlikeness, to have the character and behavior of Christ Jesus the Prototype, don't feel that you've to try to help or bless people. Just love them, welcome them, shower little courtesies and love-signs on them, and they'll be helped. Love is God and God is love. Give them Love, and you give them God. Then leave God Almighty to do His work of helping and blessing them. Love all, even the needy and enemy. Send no one away without a cheer, a feeling that you care. Keep on loving and showing love; for love never fails! Remember that all your life and lifestyle isn't about Church or in the Church. All your life and lifestyle is about the Kingdom of God, which is the kingdom of Heaven and the Earth. There is no disorder in Heaven, all respond to God Almighty. The battle is for the Earth, which the Enemy wants to include as part of the kingdom of hell. The Lord Jesus Christ taught us to pray for the kingdom of God to extend to the Earth as it is in Heaven! He wants you to work to bring Heaven to Earth. With the authority, dominion and influence of Heaven inside you, you can make it happen through Christ Jesus who strengthens you. Avoid focusing on using your salvation as a green card to Heaven. You’re already a citizen of Heaven sent to Earth as an Ambassador for the King of kings, Jesus Christ. Do you believe it? Then be and act royalty.

 

 

The citizens of this world are watching you and me live out the culture of Heaven. They’ll respect Heaven’s Embassy as you define and respect it! Your decency will attract the curiosity and respect of even the enemy and the passive.  Remember Jesus said He came to fulfill the Law, not abolish it. Why do we think the Mosaic Law doesn’t matter? Rather Christ raised the Law to a higher dimension, from the letter of the law to the spirit of the law. Paul gives us a 9-step process to holiness. First you need to add faith and works to your salvation to please God. Then you can keep improving your faith by adding excellence and wisdom, next discipline and patience, then reverence and kindness, and finally the greatest, love. Let the term Christianity not tend to mentally lock you into a religious mold and limit the reality of the truth about the Kingdom of God. Spiritual and natural breakthroughs will happen as the Body of Christ decides to do its full part. Begin putting God first place, seeking to do what He wants. Give your entire attention to what God is doing on Earth right now. He is shaking the Earth to prepare for the reign of Christ. Don't let the cares and concerns of the world or the disappointments and disillusions, distract you. As a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven, think like God, speak like God and act like God, in Jesus' name and by faith.
